Back again on Scott Campbell, this skull on show at his Noblesse Oblige personal exhibition is stunning!!!!
“Campbell expands his use of cut currency, sourcing uncut sheets of dollars directly from the United States Mint, to create large, intricate work with a sunken relief effect. One piece uses $11,000 worth of currency sheets to create an over two-foot cube, into which a three dimensional skull is carved-out.”

Mikael Alacoque’s Bad Babysitter series of sculptures is “concerned with a playfully sinister bastardization of familiar objects. The pieces have an initial feeling of innocence and irreverence but on closer inspection seem more bizarre and unsettling”
